Join us for a fascinating livestream foray into an ancient Eastern energy system that brings insight, wisdom, health and harmony to our life.

The Chinese 5 elements are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. They reflect the different phases of movement between the forces of Yin and Yang.

Each element has a unique personality, and influences us in many ways. For example, the Wood element manifests in the body's joints, in planning a project, how gentle or frustrated we feel, and in our clairvoyance capabilities.

We are a combination of all 5 elements and will usually favour one or two over the others. This can often lead to imbalance of energy that can manifest as symptoms.

All elements perform at their best when in harmonious relationship with one another. Understanding how each element offers support to the whole system can offer insights and practical ways to help restore balance and improve health.

In this livestream workshop, you will discover how to recognise how Yin/Yang and the Chinese 5 elements show up in your daily life.

To consolidate the topics covered, you will also learn a short 5 element Tai Chi sequence that you can practise daily to support your return to harmony and balance.
