The eight-pointed star polygon is a fascinating tool for meditation and contemplation. Simply drawing it is a spiritual practice in itself. In this colourful workshop at our College in London, you will learn how to draw and work with this sacred geometry tool.
In this in-person workshop, Nicole Frobusch - a featured artist in the Creative Spirits exhibition - will be teaching you how to draw, explore, and dive deep into the wisdom of the octagram, the 8-pointed star polygon.
Using the symbolism within her unique artwork as examples, Nicole will teach the philosophy of geometry, and how to create powerful patterns in art using these concepts. This will be followed by a discussion and demonstration of natural pigments and how to create watercolours.

Nicole will show you how to transfer the patterns onto watercolour paper, and, very importantly, how to connect our hands to our heart in order to create a connection to our creative flow and manifestations through the material and form.
