God of the crossroads, communication, and happenstance, Hermes pertains to the ever-changing, nebulous, and paradoxical. He guides within and gifts us the imaginal realm. With Hermes involved you never know what you'll get — the opportunities for transformation are endless.
Hermes is the trickster at the doorway, the prowler on the street corner. He is nowhere and everywhere, capturing possibilities like a restless breeze by demanding of us a lithe and fluid nature.
In this livestream workshop, we take a deep dive into the Hermetic character, exploring the archetypal qualities constellated in the Messenger of the Gods. We'll be getting curious about where Hermes lives in our lives.
Through this study, you will become familiar with Jungian and post-Jungian mythological interpretation. You will apply these as the theoretical orientation used to explore the archetypal basis of our own attitudes, behaviours, and experiences. You will also receive additional suggested reading material to give you an opportunity to explore and deepen your learning even further.
This series of independent but interlinked livestream workshops (see below) focuses in on mythical Greek gods and their motifs as they appear in our personal and collective psychological lives.

We will not be recording this workshop. One of the unique aspects of the College's online events is that they are highly interactive.
