We will begin with developing and deepening your capacity to raise your vibration to connect with the vibration of spirit. To attune to the spirit world, we need to shift our energy to a different frequency—much like tuning into a radio station. The spirit world resonates at a particular vibration that we must assimilate for our energies to blend and for communication to unfold. Through guided and healing meditations and "sitting in the power" with spirit, you will become accustomed to sense this vibrational shift occur.

Blend

We will also explore different ways to invite a specific connection with those in spirit. Without the ability to blend with those in spirit, there is no mediumship. As you enhance your capacity to blend with spirit in this way, you'll begin to perceive the personalities, memories, and messages from each spirit contact more vividly. Developing the ability to sustain this connection, opens the door to more detailed and meaningful communications with each spirit contact.

Communicate

Explore how best to relay the messages and information shared by those in spirit in the most meaningful way. Learn how to lean into the message to receive more specific details and recognise the breadth of information accessible through each of your psychic senses. By enhancing your communication skills, you'll convey the essence and story of the spirit contact, bringing them alive for your sitters.
