Suggested crystals:

You may wish to have one or all of these crystals with you for this online workshop. They are not a requirement, so please don't feel you need to buy any crystals beforehand.

• Clear quartz (raw or polished)
• Any coloured quartz variety (amethyst, citrine, rose quartz, smoky quartz, etc.)
• A pebble or natural stone from your local landscape
• Any other crystals that you would like to meditate with
