Winter can be a time of challenge for many of us, but it can also be an essential time for rest, self-care, and recuperation. This livestream workshop guides you to do just that through a series of nurturing guided wintering rituals.
In this online workshop, we will look at the process of wintering. We will observe how this season was approached by our magical ancestors, and how you can weave a season of harsh winds and cold weather into a nurturing and healing time.

Please have with you:
- A bowl of salt
- A handful of rose petals (dried or fresh)
- Some cloves
- An orange
- A small bottle of rose essential oil
- Some frankincense pearls
- An incense burner (a mug filled with salt or sand will work perfectly)
- A roll of charcoal discs
- Your favourite oracle or tarot deck

We will not be recording this workshop. One of the unique aspects of the College's online events is that they are highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share with the tutor and the group. These sharings can be very personal, and some may not feel comfortable with them being recorded.
