Throughout our life, we experience many transitions: marriage, moving, career changes, becoming a parent, aging & grief among others. This in-person weekend workshop for women offers tools and insights that can support us through these transitions.

This weekend workshop at The College of Psychic Studies in London offers a supportive and nurturing environment where you can explore the challenges and opportunities presented by life's transitions. Through a blend of ancient wisdom including I Ching, tarot and shamanic journeying, alongside modern practices of group work, mindfulness and meditation, you will cultivate new ways to understand and welcome change, regardless of your age or background.

Led by Dr. Lisa Langer, a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in both group and individual work, these two days will empower you to understand life transitions, fortify your resilience and overcome fears and conditioned habits. You will also develop a uniquely personal transition plan.

In this 2-day workshop, we will explore:

  • Creative approaches to your current life circumstances.
  • Interactive, resourceful group processes.
  • Common themes and challenges in life transitions.
  • Your inner wisdom through practical exercises (ancient and modern) to create meaningful change
  • How to stretch yourself into new territory in fresh ways.
  • Creating a personal plan for moving forward emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
  • A deeper understanding of what is possible in your life.

Whether transitioning into a new job, navigating the aging process, grieving the end of a relationship or the death of a loved one, or experiencing any kind of change, this in-person weekend workshop can support you. Book now to join us and gain a helpful and supportive roadmap to guide you through this journey with grace and ease.
