Myung Sung is the Korean art of living meditation. It guides us to achieve a life of balance and happiness.
Unique from other traditional meditation practices, Myung Sung is dynamic, designed to be utilised in everyday life for a greater sense of purpose and consciousness of the world around us. It teaches us how to tune into our environment, connect more closely with others, and appreciate the natural flow of life.
Join Dr Jenelle Kim, Doctor of Chinese Medicine and master herbologist, for this in-person workshop at the College in London to learn how the art of Myung Sung can be effectively applied in your own life to support your contentment and wellbeing.
Introducing you to the origins of this ancient and transformative practice, Jenelle will first guide you through the three central tenets of medicine, movement and meditation. You will then be introduced to the eight "keys" of Myung Sung so that you can start embodying this revolutionary practice and begin claiming its positive benefits immediately.
In this uplifting workshop, Jenelle will be sharing simple Myung Sung movement practices which can be done standing up or sitting in a chair. So come along to the College for a day of clarity and calmness, away from the hubbub of everyday life, and get ready to transform your life.
Jenelle's acclaimed new book 'Myung Sung: The Korean Art of Living Meditation' will be available to purchase at the College.
