Each part of this interactive online workshop will build on the other, combining mindfulness meditation, group processes, and practical tools to support your wellbeing. 

Part 1: Foundations of Mindfulness and Stress Awareness

  • Build upon the practices introduced in Part 1, reinforcing meditation and mindfulness skills.

  • Practice mindfulness techniques to integrate into daily life, both formally and informally.
  • Strengthen tools to release unhealthy patterns and invite greater joy, creativity, and happiness.

We will not be recording these classes. One of the unique aspects of the College's online events is that they are highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share with the tutor and the group. These sharings can be very personal, and some may not feel comfortable with them being recorded. If you need to miss either session, your tutor will be happy to offer a brief outline of the material covered.
