3 Steps to Self-Healing with Mother Earth & Nature

We have the ability to assist our own healing journey. Some of us intuitively access this ability from childhood. However, most need a little guidance on how to do it. Our wisest teacher and kindest aide? Mother Earth & Nature. This 3-part livestream workshop will show you how.

In each of this online workshop's three parts, we will step towards our innate ability to heal whatever is limiting us. These three steps take us through a process that we can use to support us at any moment in our life, no matter what the issue.

Step one | Clearing

In the first part, we'll learn how to cleanse our thoughts, actions, deeds and words since conception.

Step two | Recognising

In the second part, we'll open our Akashic Records to discover any blocks that we can release and heal.

Step three | Healing

Finally, with the help of Mother Earth & Nature, we'll call upon all beings and elements to assist us in our healing journey, and learn how to surrender to their assistance.

Each part will include a guided meditation and will have time for discussion and Q&A.
