Kundalini: Navigating the Experience

What, exactly, is kundalini? A dangerous force to steer clear of, or something that we should endeavour to awaken? And how should we then navigate the kundalini awakening? This in-person workshop reveals all.

In this in-person workshop, we will look at the mysterious kundalini experience and the thin line between transcendence and psychosis. We will explore the different dimensions of the human psyche according to Samkhya and Tantric metaphysics. 

We will also explore the well-charted maps within these metaphysics toward paving a healthy path towards transcendence and the development of our higher human faculties. 

This in-person workshop at The College of Psychic Studies combines theory and practice, examining techniques prescribed in yogic and Buddhist texts towards preparing the mind and the body for opening up the subtle energy system.
