Healing Harmful Habits: The Sacral Chakra

This in-person workshop at The College of Psychic Studies focuses on the sacral chakra; a powerful force for good in your life. However, it can get out of balance, so that it seems to be running your life to the point of destruction. We will examine issues around the sacral chakra, and address these issues together.

Sacral chakra imbalance can show up as: 

• Addictions to food, drink, drugs or sex
• Fear of sex
• Difficulty in feeling or releasing emotion
• A lack of joy in your experience of life

Physical problems include: 

• Infertility and problems with reproductive organs
• Issues with the lumbar region of the spine 
• Problems with the urinary system

This in-person workshop will show you how to improve your communication with the sacral chakra. You will learn to understand it and harmonise with the power that it delivers you. This work draws especially on the practices of the Hawaiian teachers, and some ancient yoga techniques.
