In this in-person workshop, we meet our higher self through the brow chakra, associated with the third eye, and the crown chakra, associated with empathy. 

The brow and crown chakras are where your higher self observes what you are doing or have done, and gives you guidance. This guiding voice manifests as an inner voice that you may have heard and been curious about. When you hear it, it's yourself as a spiritual being who is speaking.
