Foundation in Equine Healing & Communication

THIS WORKSHOP IS LOCATED AT AN ANIMAL SANCTUARY IN SUSSEX. Calling all animal lovers! This in-person workshop, located an hour from London at Elizabeth Whiter's animal sanctuary in the beautiful Sussex countryside, is a healing journey of heart-to-heart intuitive communication with horses.

Join us for a one-day retreat in nature at Elizabeth's animal sanctuary, and discover a powerful healing connection with our equine friends. 

In this in-person workshop, you will learn to connect to the source of all healing energy, channelling this for the horse you are working with. This process can induce deep states of relaxation in any animal, somewhat like meditation, which stimulates their innate healing capacities. It can provide deep emotional satisfaction for horses, and opens a pathway for communication and messages. 

This workshop at the animal sanctuary teaches you:

• How to anchor in a meditative state, remaining in the moment as you work with horses 
• Creative visualisations to stay focused and grounded
• How to tune into a horse's life-force energy
• The human and equine chakra systems
• Contact and distant healing with animals

This one-day workshop is a prerequisite for those wishing to join the one-year Diploma in Equine Healing and Communication with Elizabeth Whiter. Application forms for this Diploma are available on Elizabeth Whiter's website.

Entry requirements

• This workshop is open to all.
• Please wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothing, with trousers and trainers or sturdy shoes (no open-toed sandals), and plenty of layers.
• Please bring a pen and paper to make notes.
• Please bring a packed lunch – there is ample fridge space, microwaves and hot plates to heat food. Tea, coffee, herbal teas and biscuits will be provided throughout the day.

Travel to Elizabeth Whiter's animal sanctuary

• Please arrange your own travel to Elizabeth's animal sanctuary, located at Streat Lane, Streat, BN6 8RX.
• The nearest train station is Burgess Hill; trains run regularly from London Victoria & St Pancras. 
• At Burgess Hill train station, the taxi rank is found at the front of the station. It is a five-minute taxi journey to Chealsfield. Prebook your taxi in advance with Tony on 07759 954766.
• GPS for driving is: Streat Lane, Streat, BN6 8RX. High-vis jackets will mark the main gate entrance on Streat Lane.
• Gates will open from 9.30am for a prompt start at 10.00am.
