When we operate from a frequency of joy, it generates more joy. In this in-person kundalini yoga class we will be practicing meditations and mantras to elevate our consciousness and saturate us with feelings of happiness and wellbeing.

This in-person class at The College of Psychic Studies draws on practices from the kundalini yoga tradition to uplift the frequencies of every level of your being, and nurture and reignite your body's innate capacity for self-healing and rejuvenation.

Entry requirements

  • Everyone is welcome: beginners, seasoned meditators and yogis alike. All you need to bring is an open mind and willing spirit.
  • This class includes movement and chanting. 
  • Yoga mats, pillows and chairs will be provided. You are welcome to sit on a yoga mat or up on a chair for these practices - the emphasis is on comfort!
