Does eating healthily always seem like an uphill battle? Do you reach for the apple but somehow end up with the cake? Or is one slice never enough? Sometimes we are unable to follow through on strong commitments because we have latent contradictory sub-conscious programming that over-rides all our best intentions.

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep, a sleep-based meditation technique, can be used to weaken this sub-conscious programming by establishing new neural pathways that support a healthy relationship with food. This introductory class will focus on how Yoga Nidra can be used as a tool to support healthy eating choices.

Make yourself comfortable at home, somewhere where you can relax and be undisturbed. You will be lying down for most of this session, experiencing Yoga Nidra, so have your yoga mat or something soft to lie on handy, a cushion or pillow and a blanket.
