In each session, Nick Mabey will guide you through a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques that will help you:

  • Improve your ability to manage the challenges you face in the world
  • Develop your capacity for compassion for and connectedness with others
  • Explore the world beyond what we can touch

We'll work and play collaboratively on practices that nourish us and offer insight on all aspects of our life. There will be time and space for reflection and discussion.

Each session is different and offers new experiences. You can join just one session or come along each month as part of your regular practice.
