From childhood, I was very aware and interested in the spiritual energies and sightings that were becoming more prevalent to me. After questioning this with family members, I learnt that both my grandfather and great-grandmother both shared this same awareness.

At first, this offered some reassurance, however it intensified greatly during my teenage years in South Africa. After moving to a highly spiritually active home, this unexpectedly lead to a further - and at the time overwhelming - development of my clair senses regarding the spirit world! This did, however, solidify a complete belief in and reassurance of the world of spirit and the existence of an afterlife, whilst sparking my interest in the subject and practice of mediumship in the years to come.

A while later, I was going about my day when a working medium stopped me and asked if I was aware that I had the gift of mediumship. She said she felt she had to mention it to me because I was unusually 'surrounded by spirit' for someone so young. She went on to advise me that I would not be able to ignore their presence or communication my whole life, and that it would start to feel like a duty to pass on their word! Furthermore, she also mentioned that I'd had a very rude awakening to the spirit world and that in time I would come to embrace this gift of communication. Although questioning her use of the word 'gift', I was very grateful and amused at this shop-aisle conversation and left wondering what would come next.

After unexpectedly relocating to my grandparents' roots in the UK, I became friends with someone who shared this same ability. Their mother was a working medium and she advised us that it was time to join a development circle. One happened to be up the road and that got me on track with developing my mediumship in a more beneficial and informative way. It also confirmed and reassured many past occurrences.

Years later, I have come to realise I have embraced my mediumship. It really has become enjoyable and enlightening to have the honour of passing on spirit's words of wisdom. I truly consider it a rare gift I could not imagine being without! Being able to help bridge the gap between their world and ours is immensely satisfying and beneficial to so many people seeking their knowledge and communication.

More recently I decided to attend The College of Psychic Studies for further practice. I trained under the guidance of Gary Wright, who put me forward and encouraged me to try out reading professionally at the College.

With a background in hospitality and holistic therapies, my sittings aim to make people from all walks of life feel relaxed and welcomed whilst retaining the essence of spirit's presence, personality and participation. I aim to leave the sitter with a reassuring sense of contact that bridges the gap between worlds and helps unite our past present and future with them.
